Charles Snow, the manager of BaseVote™, LLC leads this division.
As a member of your team, our responsibilities in general terms will consist of designing constituency outreach strategies, developing message philosophy, assisting with community politics, and managing voter contact programs as the “core” component of your campaign operations.
And, as value-added, if desired… as experts in political Advance, we can provide support to the scheduling and advance team during critical days of the campaign to help build “The Big MO” for your campaign.
Charles has served in similar political positions as a Director of 2 Democratic State Parties, as City Coordinator for a Public Relations Campaign, as Deputy COS for a US Senator, as the Director of Mayoral Advance and Personal Assistant to a Mayor, as a Staffer and a Consultant for the DNC, the State Department and as a veteran of seven Presidential Campaigns.
