Moreover, he specifically developed this expertise as the 1996 Clinton/Gore Maryland State Director, as the 1994 GOTV Director to Senator Chuck Robb of Virginia, the 1992 Clinton/Gore District of Columbia State Director and the 1991 Executive Director of the DC Democratic State Committee.
